Request quote & provide tender link
Upon initial engagement - complete a Service Agreement.
Receive price, instructions & deadlines from Top End Tenders
Submit what we call the ‘Required Info’ document back to Top End Tenders (essentially a draft Response Schedule + supporting docs)
Receive draft tender response from Top End Tenders within agreed timeframe
24–48 hour window for Client to review draft submission
Feedback received and amendments addressed
Final PDFs provided for your submission as per agreed timeframe

Ongoing Tender Support (Monthly Retainer)
$5,999 ex GST / month
Includes up to 4 tenders per calendar month
Minimum initial commitment: 3 months (then rolling monthly)
Paid monthly with strictly 14-day payment terms
This is an exclusive, relationship-based offering suited to ongoing engagement.

This retainer is suitable for companies who find themselves tendering throughout the month and want a specialist in their corner who can work on submissions progressively, maintain consistency across documents, and support business development efforts without internal hiring. We find this service is desired by those who tender regularly (or are in a rapid growth phase), and want consistent support from someone who understands their business, their industry, and their submission style.What’s included:

Valid for NT Government / NT Local Government tenders
Flat rate regardless of tender size or complexity

Unused tenders do not roll over to the following month. If more than four tenders are required within a calendar month, additional tenders are billed at $1,499.75 ex GST each. The retainer renews monthly and invoices are issued per calendar month with strictly 14-day payment terms.
You may cancel at any time; however, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current calendar month. Retainer fees are non-refundable for the calendar month billed, regardless of tender activity or volume, due to the progressive nature of work performed throughout the month.
